AMENITIES:

We are happy to assist you with reservations for a hunting or fishing guide, or
we can create a special occasion package to personalize your memorable
experience.

We serve a full breakfast Sunday through Friday, and delight in our Saturday Breakfast Bar which includes home baked breads.

There is a guest common room available, complete with TV, VCR, DVD player, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Take home a memento of your visit from our art gallery. A beautiful collection
of art that will surely intrigue you.

Enjoy your morning coffee seated on our covered deck or spend a lazy afternoon napping on one of our hammocks.
 

ROOMS:

New!  We have four rooms available, a suite with a king size bed and private bath; including a stand up shower and jetted tub., two rooms with two queen beds and private baths and one room with a full and two twin beds and a private bath.

More about our rooms:  Snuggle into the warmth of our handmade quilts that accent our country-style rooms. Our spacious and bright  Rocky Mountain room offers 2 queen sized beds and a private bath. We also have 2 queen size beds in our Clark Fork River room  which warms you with its rich colors. Or bask in the light of "Big Sky Country"  in our Prospect Creek room. With one full and two twin-sized beds, this room  has windows stretching along the full length of the room and then some, it's like sleeping on the porch, but without the chill.

We also have completed our central air conditioning project!


EVENTS:

Huckleberries are the rage here and you can find plenty at our Huckleberry
Festival
every summer. There is also the noted Huckleberry Fun Run usually
held on the same weekend. People are known to travel from the coasts to partake 
in this charity driven event. This festivity is filled with old west excitement. And,
of course, the winter doesn't stop the fun in T-Falls--join us for our annual

Christmas  Parade
. This celebration attracts visitors from as far as Spokane, Washington. Contact us to find out more information and the exact dates for
these events.

 
RESERVATIONS:

We are open year round, reservations are suggested, and a  one-night deposit is required. If you plan to stay longer we will need a 50%  deposit. We allow a
30-day cancellation notice for the refund of any deposit  minus a nominal
handling fee.

Rooms range from $65 to $125 per night plus 7% bed tax and we consider discounts for longer
stays. Rates are based on single or double occupancy, and will be $10 per night
extra for each additional person. (These rates are subject to change without  and tax notice is not included.)

Summer Directions:

From the West, Summer Directions:  From Spokane/Coeur d'Alene go east on I-90 to  Exit 43 (Kingston), continue over the freeway and along the River to Prichard (approx. 20 miles), cross Prichard Creek, turn right, go past Murray, continue on Hwy 471, turn left 1,000 feet before stop sign to Junction Hwy 200. 

From the east, take I-90 to Missoula, MT, take Highway 93 north to Ravalli,  turn west on Highway 200 which will take you right to Thompson Falls. You will  want to have your camera ready to take pictures along this road. (Or exit I-90 at St. Regis and take Hwy 135 north to Hwy 200).

To find our Bed and Breakfast, continue west through town and cross the bridge over the Clark Fork River. Take the first left after the bridge (Hwy 471), Prospect Creek Road, and the first road to your right is Mountain Meadows Lane. From there, just look for our  sign, and we'll look forward to seeing you.



Winter Directions: 

From Spokane, go east on I-90 to Coeur d'Alene, then go north on Hwy 95 to Sandpoint, then go east on Hwy 200, turn right onto Hwy 471 before the bridge into Thompson Falls, turn right 1000 feet onto  Mountain Meadows Lane. (Or exit I-90 at
St. Regis and take Hwy 135 north to
Hwy 200).
